Irvine, Calif., en.SERU.co.id — KATSEYE has withdrawn from Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields festival after member Megan Skiendiel sprained her ankle during a tour rehearsal, the group announced Thursday, August 27, 2026.
KATSEYE was scheduled to perform at the festival in Irvine, California, on Saturday, August 29. Following a medical evaluation, doctors advised Megan to stay off her injured ankle and allow it to heal ahead of the group’s upcoming WILD WORLD Tour.

In a statement shared through Instagram Stories and Weverse, KATSEYE apologized to fans who had planned to attend the festival.
“We know how much our fans were looking forward to seeing us, and it breaks our hearts to disappoint anyone who made plans to be there,” the group said.
Megan also expressed disappointment over missing the event and said she was focusing on recovering ahead of the tour.
Festival Announces Lineup Changes
Daisy Chain Fields organizers confirmed KATSEYE’s withdrawal and wished Megan a speedy recovery.
Los Angeles-based alt-pop artist Devon Again has been added to the festival lineup, while Santigold has been moved into the time slot previously assigned to KATSEYE.
The cancellation comes just days before KATSEYE’s WILD WORLD Tour is scheduled to begin in Dublin on September 1. The group has not announced whether Megan’s injury will affect any tour dates.
Daisy Chain Fields is Olivia Rodrigo’s first all-women festival. The lineup includes Chappell Roan, Doechii, Mitski, Stevie Nicks and Sarah McLachlan, with net proceeds supporting organizations that advocate for women and girls.
