Seoul, en.SERU.co.id — aespa is back with their second full-length studio album, LEMONADE, set to drop on 29 May 2026. Following Armageddon in 2024, the group continues to expand their signature fictional universe while exploring themes of transformation and resilience.
The core idea draws from the classic saying “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” According to SM Entertainment’s promotional materials, the album tells the story of turning chaos, cracks in reality, and “toxic events” from their universe into something fresh, vibrant, and empowering. Expect neon visuals, psychedelic touches, and a more mature evolution of aespa’s world.
In the intro teasers titled “P.O.S: Singularity” and “Make It LEMONADE,” fans get glimpses of a fractured futuristic world, flowing neon lemon liquid, and the members transforming into wilder forms. This builds directly on aespa’s long-running lore — the blend of real world and metaverse (Kwangya), their avatars, and the concept of singularity. The new album brings together elements from previous eras, creating what feels like a natural next step in their storytelling.
