Los Angeles, en.SERU.co.id – Evanescence is back with their sixth studio album, Sanctuary, set to land on June 5, 2026 via BMG. It’s their first full-length since The Bitter Truth in 2021, and the band has been working on it, on and off, for more than three years.

They kicked things off properly with the lead single “Who Will You Follow,” released on April 10. Fans had already heard “Afterlife” last year — that one came out as part of the Netflix Devil May Cry soundtrack.

In their announcement, the band kept it straightforward and excited:

“This album is over three years in the making and we are so damn proud of every second of it. Hope you love it and can’t wait for you to hear it! HERE WE GO!!!”

Amy Lee has described the title Sanctuary as a place of truth and connection in messy times. She told interviewers that music became her refuge while the world felt chaotic. The band worked with a mix of producers including Jordan Fish, Zakk Cervini, and Nick Raskulinecz, piecing things together between tours in different locations.

The record runs just under 49 minutes across 12 tracks. Here’s the full tracklist:

  • Beautiful Lie (4:11)
  • Tell Me When You’ve Had Enough (3:18)
  • Who Will You Follow (3:55)
  • Rapture (3:29)
  • Afterlife (4:09)
  • Sanctuary (4:16)
  • How Do I Heal (3:49)
  • About Us (4:50)
  • Self-Destruct (3:52)
  • Calm Down (4:19)
  • Forever Without You (5:13)
  • Wide Open Heart (3:35)

You’ll be able to grab it digitally, on regular CD, deluxe edition, or limited box set from June 5. The double vinyl arrives later on September 4.

This era also brings Emma Anzai on board as the full-time bassist. A big world tour is lined up to support the album, starting in mid-June.

It sounds like Sanctuary carries some real weight — a mix of the band’s classic sound and whatever Amy and the crew needed to say right now. If you’ve been waiting for new Evanescence, the wait is almost over.
