Jakarta, en.SERU.co.id – A number of non-subsidy fuel prices have increased starting 1 September 2026. Pertamax Turbo is now sold at Rp19,600 per liter, while Dexlite is Rp23,700 and Pertamina Dex is Rp25,200 per liter. Fuels from private filling stations such as BP-AKR and Shell have also undergone price adjustments, particularly diesel products.
VP Corporate Communication of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, said the price adjustments took effect from 1 September 2026 at 00.00 WIB. The largest increases occurred in diesel products, namely Pertamina Dex and Dexlite.
“The formula considers a number of indicators. Starting from world crude oil prices, the rupiah exchange rate and taxes. As well as other factors related to economic conditions and people’s purchasing power,” Kitty said, as quoted by CNBC Indonesia on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.
For areas with a Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax (PBBKB) of 5 percent, the price of Pertamax Turbo or RON 98 fuel is now Rp19,600 per liter. It has risen by Rp1,300 from the previous Rp18,300 per liter.
The price of Dexlite has also risen quite significantly. The CN 51 diesel fuel is now priced at Rp23,700 per liter. It was previously Rp19,700 per liter, or an increase of Rp4,000 per liter.
Meanwhile, Pertamina Dex has risen to Rp25,200 per liter. That price is an increase of Rp4,050 compared with the August price, which stood at Rp21,150 per liter.
Pertamax and Pertalite Remain Unchanged
Amid the increases in a number of non-subsidy fuels, the price of Pertamax RON 92 has not changed. The product is still sold at Rp15,950 per liter. The same applies to Pertamax Green 95, which remains at Rp16,600 per liter.
Subsidized fuel prices have also not undergone any change. Pertalite remains at Rp10,000 per liter, while Biosolar is still Rp6,800 per liter.

BP-AKR and Shell Fuel Prices
Price changes have also occurred in a number of fuel products from other business entities. The price of BP 92 from BP-AKR in September 2026 remains at Rp16,130 per liter. That price is unchanged compared with August.
The same applies to BP Ultimate RON 95, which is still sold at Rp16,760 per liter. However, the price of BP-AKR diesel fuel has increased. BP Ultimate Diesel is now priced at Rp25,420 per liter, up Rp4,080 from the previous month’s price.
Adjustments have also occurred in Shell diesel products. Shell V-Power Diesel has risen to Rp25,420 per liter, or an increase of Rp3,510 compared with the August price.
