Seoul, en.SERU.co.id — K-pop co-ed group KARD will conclude their activities after releasing their first full-length studio album and wrapping up their upcoming world tour, agency DSP Media announced Monday (6/7/2026).

In an official statement from DSP Media quoted by various media, it was stated that the decision was taken after in-depth discussions with the four members: BM, J.Seph, Somin, and Jiwoo.

In their official statement, the agency said:

“We want to sincerely thank HIDDEN KARD for your unwavering love and support over the years. KARD will release their first full album, Where To Now? (Part.2) : NOWHERE, on July 28, followed by a world tour. After careful conversations with the members, we have mutually agreed that this album and tour will mark the end of KARD’s journey as a group.”

The album is scheduled to drop on July 28 at 6 p.m. KST. It marks a significant milestone as the group’s first proper full-length release since debuting in 2017 — nearly nine years ago.

Rumors about the group’s future had been circulating for months. Back in April, BM hinted during a livestream that the next album could be their last, noting that contracts with DSP Media were set to expire at the end of the year.

While the official confirmation still feels bittersweet for fans, many have responded with gratitude rather than anger. KARD built a loyal international following with their bold mixed-gender concept and catchy, energetic music, especially popular in Latin America and other global markets.

No details have been shared yet about the members’ individual plans once group promotions wrap up. DSP Media simply expressed hope that fans will continue supporting each member in their next chapter.

This marks the end of one of the longer-running co-ed groups in K-pop. For now, the focus remains on giving KARD a proper send-off through their final album and tour.
