Gloucestershire, England, en.SERU.co.id — Peter Phillips, the eldest grandson of the late Queen Elizabeth II, has married Harriet Sperling. The couple tied the knot on Saturday (6/6/2026), in a quiet ceremony at All Saints Church in Kemble, a village in the Cotswolds with personal meaning for them both.

The wedding was intentionally low-key and private. Peter, 48, and Harriet, a NHS paediatric nurse and writer, first met when she lived in the area. They announced their engagement last August.

This is a second marriage for both. Peter previously wed Autumn Kelly, with whom he shares daughters Savannah and Isla. Harriet has a daughter, Georgina, from her earlier marriage. The three girls served as bridesmaids, dressed in matching outfits.

Harriet wore an elegant high-necked lace gown by Emilia Wickstead with a three-metre train. Guests described the day as intimate and warm, despite steady rain in Gloucestershire. Prince William was spotted holding an umbrella for Princess Catherine as they arrived.

Royal Family in Attendance

Several senior royals joined the celebration, making it the first major royal family gathering of its kind in 2026. Among those present were:

  • King Charles III and Queen Camilla
  • Prince William and Princess Catherine
  • Princess Anne, Peter’s mother
  • Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi
  • Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank
  • Zara Tindall and Mike Tindall, along with other close family members.
