Los Angeles, en.SERU.co.id — Jennifer Lopez has officially moved into her new home in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood. The 56-year-old celebrated the milestone by hosting a low-key family pool party over Memorial Day Weekend.

According to real estate reports, Lopez bought the property for $17.5 million in February 2025, just weeks after her divorce from Ben Affleck was finalized. She spent over a year renovating the house before settling in.

The estate sits on 2.5 acres inside a gated community and spans roughly 8,600 square feet. It includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a home theater, a massage room, and a luxurious primary suite with dual walk-in closets and a private wet bar. Outside, the standout feature is a large swimming pool with a refreshed cabana.

The home, which was previously owned by musician John Fogerty, now has a brighter, softer, and more feminine touch after the renovations. Some publications have affectionately nicknamed it a “Barbie Dream House.”

This new place is a big step down in size from the sprawling 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion she purchased with Affleck for $60.9 million in 2023. That property remains on the market with a current asking price of $49.995 million.

“She feels free. This house is much more manageable and personal. It’s exactly what she wanted for herself and the kids right now,” an insider told InStyle.

Lopez has been sharing glimpses of her new life on Instagram, looking relaxed as she spends time with her twins, Max and Emme, by the pool.
