Surabaya, en.SERU.co.id – Several non-subsidised fuel prices adjusted on 1 August 2026, with the biggest cuts hitting Pertamina’s Pertamax Series. Subsidised fuels Pertalite and Solar remain unchanged. Private operators BP and Shell also updated selected prices, some rising and others falling.
Ahad Rahedi, Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Timur, Bali and Nusa Tenggara, said the adjustments follow the usual formula tied to global oil prices and the rupiah exchange rate. “Pertamina also ensures fuel supply remains secure, so the public’s energy needs continue to be met,” he said on Saturday.
Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) recorded the largest drop, falling Rp1,000 to Rp18,300 per litre from Rp19,300. Pertamax Green 95 declined Rp400 to Rp16,600, while standard Pertamax (RON 92) eased Rp300 to Rp15,950. The two diesel products stayed the same: Pertamina Dex at Rp21,150 and Dexlite at Rp19,700.
