Jakarta, en.SERU.co.id – Fans heading to Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine Tour at London’s The O2 Arena this summer will face tighter entry rules. Ticketmaster UK and the venue have confirmed a mandatory clear bag policy for all 10 performances to improve security and speed up entry.
Clear Bag Policy Details
According to Ticketmaster UK, attendees must follow several clear bag requirements:
- Each ticket holder may bring only one clear bag.
- Bags must be 100% transparent (made from clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC) with no colors, patterns, prints, or logos.
- Maximum size: 30cm x 15cm x 30cm (approx. 12” x 6” x 12”).
- Clear zip lock or freezer bags (medium size) are also allowed, provided all contents are visible.
- Prohibited: Backpacks, handbags, clutches, patterned bags, or any non-clear bags.
- All personal items must fit inside the single clear bag.
- Medical, accessibility, and parent/child-care bags are permitted but subject to security inspection.
Professional cameras and recording devices are banned, though mobile phones with cameras are allowed. Fans are strongly advised to bring only essential items.
Similar bag restrictions have been used at Ariana’s previous tours, including elements of clear bag policies at select venues during the Sweetener World Tour.

August 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, and September 1, 2026.
