Boyolali, Indonesia, en.SERU.co.id — In an effort to foster a safe, comfortable, and child-friendly school environment, officers from the Community Development Unit (Sat Binmas) of the Boyolali Police Department conducted a guidance and counseling session at SDN 1 Kemiri in Mojosongo District on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
The activity formed part of the school’s introductory orientation program, known as Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS).
Led by Aiptu Fatmawati Listyorini, head of the Social Guidance Section, along with other personnel, the session focused on the dangers and harmful effects of bullying. Officers emphasized the importance of mutual respect, appreciating differences, and nurturing a caring culture among students.
“We want to instill values of respecting one another, valuing differences, and building empathy between friends at school,” said Aiptu Fatmawati Listyorini.
In addition to anti-bullying education, Brigadier Afrizal Agum Yonanda, S.H., delivered a session on traffic safety. Students were taught basic road rules and encouraged to practice discipline and orderliness from a young age to protect themselves and others.
The session was lively and interactive, with students actively participating in the question-and-answer portion.
