Malang, en.SERU.co.id – 4Crows Digital, a game developer from Malang City driven by talents experienced in international projects, has officially released the pirate adventure game Bounty Seas on the Roblox platform. Developed over about six months, Bounty Seas offers an ocean exploration experience that can be played cross-play on PC as well as mobile devices. This game is designed to reach a wide audience with a target rating of age 13 and above.
CEO of 4Crows Digital, Sandio Dwiko Mustika, revealed that this launch becomes an initial step for the local studio to penetrate the global game industry ecosystem. By presenting a product that has identity and quality.
“This is the beginning for us to bring Malang creativity toward the global ecosystem, up to having a product that has identity and quality,” said Sandio, after the premiere launch of Bounty Seas on Monday evening, October 26, 2026.
Behind its launch, 4Crows Digital affirmed the legal aspect related to the visual similarity of characters in the game with popular international animations. Sandio stressed that the characters in Bounty Seas carry the concept of inspired by, so they are safe under intellectual property law and do not violate the copyright of other parties.
“Not copying raw. Similarities may exist in movement styles or visual effects, yet the character forms and 3D animations are confirmed not 100 percent the same as the original source. Therefore, we call this inspired by,” Sandio stressed.
In addition, the development of Bounty Seas is one way for the local studio to play a role in the game industry through the creation of its own intellectual property (IP). On its official website, 4Crows Digital lists Bounty Seas as an internal IP developed for Roblox.

4Crows Digital is filled with talents experienced in working on major game projects, such as Final Fantasy XV and Sniper Ghost Warrior. Guaranteeing that all character choices inspired by anime from the start of the game will remain valuable until the endgame stage. Player progress is confirmed not to be wiped out or restarted from zero, even though there are periodic content updates.
“So, players have the right to choose anime-inspired characters from the start of the game, and we guarantee that is still valuable until endgame without restarting progress from zero,” explained Sandio.
On the other hand, the anime action RPG experience does not only rely on the addition of content but also considers player experiences and inputs. The sustainability of contributions will depend on the developer’s ability to maintain game quality, present consistent updates, and build long-term relationships with its community.
In the initial phase of its release, 4Crows Digital is targeting as many as 1,000 concurrent users (CCU). Going forward, the development team will continue to carry out graphic optimization, so that the game remains running smoothly across various levels of device specifications.
