Jakarta, en.SERU.co.id – The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has made ASN Digital the primary gateway for all personnel services for civil servants (ASN) in 2026. The platform integrates various services, including MyASN, SIASN and SSCASN, into a single system through Single Sign-On (SSO). ASN must also activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to secure their accounts when accessing these services.
ASN Digital was developed to simplify access to personnel services while improving data integration and security. BKN stated that the platform has integrated 47 services and was already used by more than 6.2 million ASN as of April 2026.
The development of ASN Digital aligns with the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2023 on ASN, specifically Article 31, which regulates the scope of ASN management. This covers needs planning, performance management, talent and career development, competency development, and termination.
Through the Single Sign-On system, ASN can access multiple BKN services without needing separate accounts. Available services include MyASN, SIASN, SSCASN and other ASN management tools. BKN continues to expand this digital ecosystem to manage ASN data in an integrated manner.
No Longer MySAPK
The shift toward fully integrated digital services has been underway for several years. BKN previously rebranded MySAPK as MyASN, following the migration from SAPK to SIASN and the addition of various new features for civil servants.
The MyASN page now requires an ASN Digital SSO account for login. ASN can use a single set of credentials to access all services connected to the ASN Digital ecosystem. Users are advised to ensure they are accessing the official BKN website to avoid phishing or data theft risks.
MFA Mandatory for Account Security
In addition to service integration, BKN has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication as an extra security layer. The system requires users to verify more than one factor when accessing digital services. MFA is applied to strengthen protection of personnel data and information systems.
In practice, users need their NIP or username, followed by a password and a one-time password (OTP) generated by an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.
How to Reset ASN Digital Password
For ASN who have never logged in or have forgotten their password, recovery can be done through the ASN Digital page. The steps are as follows:
- Open the official ASN Digital BKN website.
- Select the Reset menu.
- Choose Forgot Password.
- Enter the username in the form of NIP or NIK linked to the account.
- Enter the captcha code.
- Select Verify.
- The system will request a reset code sent to the registered email.
- Enter the reset code.
- Create a new password.
- Re-enter the password for confirmation.
- Select Reset Password.
How to Activate MFA on ASN Digital
After successfully logging in, ASN need to activate MFA if it is not yet enabled. The steps are:
- Open ASN Digital using a computer or laptop.
- Select Login.
- Enter the username and password.
- The system will display the MFA activation page along with a QR Code.
- Open Google Authenticator or another compatible authenticator app on a mobile phone.
- Select the + icon to add an account.
- Scan the QR Code shown on the screen.
- The authenticator app will generate a six-digit OTP.
- Enter the code on the ASN Digital page.
- Fill in the device name if requested.
- Select Submit.
Once successful, MFA will be active and the OTP from the authenticator app will be required for future logins.

How to Log in to ASN Digital After MFA is Active
After MFA is set up, the login process is as follows:
- Open the official ASN Digital BKN website.
- Enter the username or NIP.
- Enter the password.
- Open the authenticator app on a mobile phone.
- Enter the currently active OTP.
- Select Login.
OTP Not Valid? Check Time Settings
One common issue when using an authenticator is an invalid OTP code. Users should check the following:
- The phone’s date and time are set to automatic.
- The device’s time zone matches the current location.
- The OTP entered is still valid.
- The authenticator account is linked to the correct QR Code.
- The latest OTP code is being used.
If the problem persists, users can try logging in again or use the Reset MFA feature available on the ASN Digital page. For further assistance, ASN can contact their agency’s personnel manager or administrator.
The OTP serves as one of the authentication factors during login. If the device or authenticator account encounters issues, users can utilize the Reset MFA facility on ASN Digital or request help from their agency’s personnel administrators. (aan/mzm)
