Batu, en.SERU.co.id – The Batu City Government officially launched the logo marking the city’s 25th anniversary at the Among Tani City Hall on Thursday evening, 17 September 2026. The milestone of a quarter century carries the overarching theme “Bangkit Bersama, Menjaga Alam Raya, mBatu SAE Berkelanjutan.”
Mayor Nurochman, known as Cak Nur, and Deputy Mayor Heli Suyanto led the launch. Officials described the event as more than a ceremonial celebration. It serves as a moment of evaluation and a guide for the city’s future development path.
In his remarks, Mayor Nurochman stressed that reaching 25 years is a crucial phase for the city administration to reflect on all the achievements made so far.
“Regional development must ensure real benefits that can be felt by all citizens up to future generations. This logo serves as a reminder of the direction of our shared journey,” Cak Nur said.
He added that Batu City must continue moving forward while remaining firmly committed to protecting what matters and remembering for whom all development efforts are carried out. The spirit embodied in the 25th anniversary logo rests on three main pillars.
The first pillar is Bangkit Bersama, or Rising Together.
“It emphasizes the importance of synergy and close collaboration between the government and all elements of society in solving regional challenges while boosting local potential,” Cak Nur explained.
The second pillar is Menjaga Alam Raya, or Protecting Nature. This places environmental sustainability at the foundation, given that Batu’s key economic sectors—agriculture, tourism, and food production—depend heavily on the health of the surrounding natural environment.

“The third pillar is mBatu SAE Berkelanjutan, which is the culmination of all development commitments for the next five years,” he concluded.
The Batu City Government has committed to ensuring that regional priorities go beyond physical transformation. The focus also includes strengthening the local economy, expanding employment opportunities, protecting the environment, and delivering public services that are more responsive and closer to residents.
