Jember, en.SERU.co.id — Air travel to and from Jember has become significantly easier with the launch of a new Wings Air route connecting Notohadinegoro Airport in Jember to Juanda International Airport in Surabaya.

The new service is seamlessly integrated with the broader Lion Group network, allowing passengers from Jember to connect directly to a wide range of destinations without hassle.

On the domestic front, travelers can now easily reach major cities including Jakarta, Bali, Lombok, Kupang, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Batam, Makassar, Ternate, and Ambon. Internationally, the route opens doors to Kuala Lumpur and Umrah flights to Jeddah.

Gatot Triyono, Head of Jember’s Transportation Agency, welcomed the development as a major step forward for the region.

“This route makes Jember far more accessible. It’s exactly the kind of mobility solution our people have been waiting for,” Gatot said on Monday, May 25, 2026.
