Malang, en.SERU.co.id – Arema FC has opened the “Secret Door” of Kanjuruhan for Aremania through Inside The Lion Home at Kanjuruhan Stadium after the venue was reincarnated as the home ground. Now, the pride stadium of Singo Edan can be known more closely through an exclusive experience titled “Inside The Lion Home.”
Head of PR of Arema FC, Munif B Wakid, said “Inside The Lion Home” is the club’s effort to build a stronger closeness with Aremania directly.
“We present this program so that Aremania can see their own home more closely. Kanjuruhan Stadium now has many interesting sides to be known more closely. Not only when we come as spectators on match day,” said Munif Wakid.
Arema FC Starts the Inside The Lion Home Program
He stated that Arema FC is starting the program on Thursday, 8 October 2026. Around 30 selected supporters will become the first participants to experience being behind the scenes of Arema FC’s activities at Kanjuruhan Stadium.
“This concept makes the participants not only visitors. But they also feel the atmosphere that is usually behind a match,” he stressed.
According to him, this approach is part of the club’s communication to build a shared understanding between Arema FC and the supporters regarding the organization of matches.
“We want the supporters to gain both experience and understanding. They can see directly how a match day is prepared, how the safety and security aspects are carried out. As well as how we together create a comfortable and safe match atmosphere,” he added.
Reward for First Jersey Buyers
The first participants were selected through a draw from the 200 first buyers of the official Arema FC jersey for the 2026/2027 season. This opportunity is part of the exclusive experience given by the club to buyers of the original jersey.
The program is designed not merely as a stadium tour. Instead, Inside The Lion Home takes participants to see Kanjuruhan from a different perspective. Starting from areas that until now could only be seen during matches, operational rooms, the changing room, the players’ tunnel, up to directly feeling the atmosphere when the Singo Edan squad prepares to undergo team activities.
“For Aremania, this program becomes an opportunity to get to know their home again. Not only from the stands when the match is taking place but also seeing how Kanjuruhan Stadium is prepared. As a place where football activities take place that prioritize aspects of comfort, safety, security, and order,” he concluded.

Inside The Lion Home from the Lion’s Den Arema FC Official Store
The series of “Inside The Lion Home” will begin on Thursday, 8 October 2026 at 12.00 WIB from the Lion’s Den, the Arema FC Official Store. Participants will register, receive a tour book and ID card, and at the same time view the historical collection of Arema FC located in the mini museum.
After that, the group heads to Kanjuruhan Stadium. The journey at the home of Singo Edan begins with a joint prayer at Gate 13 led by a club representative.
Participants are then invited to get to know the gate entrance area, head to the media area, and at the same time receive education regarding activities and regulations related to the organization of matches. The journey continues to the players’ changing room. In the dressing room, participants can see directly the row of Arema FC home jerseys that have been prepared.
The experience continues toward the stadium tunnel, where participants will get one of the most exclusive experiences. They will stand by in the tunnel to welcome the arrival of the Arema FC players. The opportunity to meet from close range can be used to hunt for the players’ autographs.
After welcoming the squad, participants will take part in a photo session with the Arema FC players on the pitch. Not stopping there, they then get the chance to watch the first 15 minutes of the team’s training session directly from the VIP Stand.
This series provides a picture that Kanjuruhan is not only a place to watch 90 minutes of a match. Behind it there are activities, preparations, regulations, as well as a number of procedures that make a match able to run safely and in an orderly manner.
“Inside The Lion Home is indeed something we created so that Aremania become curious and want to know further. There are many sides of Kanjuruhan that perhaps they have never seen directly. When they have already seen and understood the process, the hope is that they will also feel more comfortable and confident to come to the stadium to watch Arema FC matches,” said Munif.
Opens the Way for a Sport Tourism Ecosystem
In addition to providing experience, the program becomes part of Arema FC’s effort to build a sport tourism ecosystem. It connects the club, the stadium, the supporters, and match activities.
“Going forward, we see this program can be developed into part of a sport tourism package for Arema FC home matches. So, the experience of coming to Kanjuruhan is not only when the match starts, but already becomes part of an interesting journey since before kick-off,” he added.
For the participants of the first edition, the experience will be closed with a friendly gathering and dinner together, before the group returns to the Lion’s Den.
“Inside The Lion Home will become a door to see more closely the face of Kanjuruhan as it is now. A home that is not only built to be a place for matches. But a space to create a football experience that is safe, comfortable, orderly, and increasingly close to its supporters,” he concluded. (*/rhd)
