Jakarta, en.SERU.co.id – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) searched several rooms at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) office on Thursday (17/9/2026) in connection with alleged bribery related to the processing of Building Rights Title (HGB) for Summarecon land in Bogor. One of the rooms searched belonged to Director General of Land and Space Control and Enforcement at ATR/BPN Lampri, who has been named a suspect. The search was conducted after a KPK sting operation (OTT) that secured approximately Rp106.3 billion in cash.
KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said one of the rooms searched was the office of the Director General of Land and Space Control and Enforcement at ATR/BPN, Lampri, who has been designated a suspect in the case.
“Investigators carried out the activity to seek and complete evidence in the case that originated from the OTT,” Budi said, quoted from Kompas.com on Thursday (17/9/2026).
The case came to light after the KPK conducted an OTT linked to the processing of HGB land rights for Summarecon in Bogor Regency. In the operation, investigators secured cash amounting to around Rp106.3 billion.
The KPK described the amount as the largest sum of cash secured in a series of sting operations by the anti-graft agency.
Acting Director of Investigation at the KPK, Achmad Taufik Husein, said that besides the cash, investigators also secured a number of electronic items of evidence. The KPK is now tracing the flow of those funds, including around Rp300 million and Rp106.3 billion that are alleged to have been given by PT Summarecon Agung Tbk to several parties within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
In the case construction presented by the KPK on Tuesday (15/9/2026), there are eight suspects. Four of them are Arif Sugiyanto, Fahd El Fouz alias Fahd A Rafiq, Erwin and Muhammad Fakhry.
