“This Ramadan, Zam Zam Hotel draws inspiration from the ‘Serambi Mekah’ nickname, infusing the authentic regional atmosphere with strong Islamic traditions amid the cool air of Batu City,” says Vivi.

She reveals that guests will be treated to over 100 menu items daily, with a focus on spice-rich Sumatran dishes, accompanied by traditional takjil, popular Nusantara favorites, and tempting desserts.

“Guests will enjoy a special dining experience, as the hotel’s elevated location provides direct views of the mountains and the twinkling lights of Batu City at dusk,” she adds.

Vivi continues that the hotel caters to Muslim worship needs during iftar events, offering complete facilities including a musholla. Daily congregational Maghrib and Tarawih prayers are held at the on-site mosque.

“This facility adds value by allowing guests to continue their worship without rushing to find a mosque outside the hotel,” she notes.

“Through ‘Delight of Serambi Mekah’, we aim to deliver an iftar experience that’s not only menu-rich but also warm, with beautiful scenery and convenient worship options,” adds Rudy in his official statement.

He mentions that the program targets a broad audience, from families and professionals for corporate events to communities and tourists visiting the Greater Malang area.

“We hope this iftar program becomes a top choice for residents of Greater Malang, including tourists,” he concludes. (dik/mzm)
