Malang, en.SERU.co.id – Ah Pek Malang is introducing Nasi Kebuli Claypot as its seasonal iftar menu for Ramadan 1447 H. This dish blends the rich, spice-infused flavors of traditional nasi kebuli with the iconic claypot presentation, poised to become a favorite for breaking the fast.

“The harmony of tastes between Nasi Kebuli Claypot and either Es Cendol Malaka or Es Bandung Ah Pek is unbeatable. These special items will be available starting from the first day of Ramadan fasting,” Arvin told SERU.co.id enthusiastically.

He explained that Ah Pek Malang presents two tantalizing variants of Kebuli Claypot, both made with premium basmati rice:

  1. Nasi Kebuli Claypot Ayam Curry A fusion of aromatic nasi kebuli with tender chicken in a thick, flavorful curry sauce.
  2. Nasi Kebuli Claypot Ayam Rempah Nasi kebuli infused with classic spices that seep perfectly into the bone-in chicken.

To complete the meal, Ah Pek pairs these hearty hot dishes with the cool refreshment of Es Cendol Malaka or Es Bandung Ah Pek—ideal for revitalizing after a day of fasting.

“This combination is designed to restore energy while providing instant refreshment after a full day of abstinence,” said Kitchen PIC, Chef Singgih Hayudin.

Ah Pek Malang’s Bar PIC, Indra Satyo Mulyono, noted that the coconut-based series drinks are affordably priced.

Es Bandung Ah Pek costs Rp24,000 and features young coconut water, rose syrup, milk, rose jelly, and basil seeds. Meanwhile, Es Cendol Malaka is priced at Rp26,000, combining cendol, Malaka palm sugar, and milk.

“Not only is the flavor exceptional, but the pairing of Nasi Kebuli Claypot with Es Cendol Malaka or Es Bandung Ah Pek offers generous portions that will leave you satisfied,” Indra added.

In addition to the main menu, Ah Pek Malang offers the Paket Duk Duk Tak (Beduk Beduk Takjil), a practical and delicious takjil package of snacks and breads. Available in two options:

  • Paket Ber-4: Perfect for families or friends to create a lively breaking-the-fast atmosphere.
